I have heard of this price hike from a few of my friends and this happened to me and after looking at the small print on my contract I could not find anything about price hikes, yet when I called Monotronics out on it and they said that when you sign up you agree to the user policy and that they revise it yearly to maintain the high customer service. Yeah right just try to cancel and you will experience the lowest level of support ever!!! Foresight seems like a great local option and can not wait to switch over when the other guys finally stop jacking me!
